My Thursday

Today I introduced my students to "20 Questions" and I overheard:

Student A: "Is it a man?"
Student B: "Yes."
Student A: "Is he Chinese?"
Student B: "No."

Student thinks carefully.

Student A: "Is he American?"
Student B: "Yes!!!"
Student A: "Nicholas Cage??!!"
Student B: "No."
Student A: "This game is impossible."

Here is a picture of late night eats in China, shao kao. Meat, seafood and veggies on sticks. Now that the weather is warming up you can see lots of people hanging out eating shao kao and having beers late into the evening. Maybe I'll open a shao kao stand one day.
